ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste

onion
chopped
1
green pepper
chopped
1/2
cup
sweet-spicy marinade

ounce
can crushed tomatoes
8
ounce
can tomato sauce
1
cup
beef broth
Cooked rice
Garnish: sour cream
shredded cheese, tortilla chips
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a
large skillet
with salt and pepper. Drain. Place in
6-quart slow cooker
.
In the same skillet, saute onion and green pepper with marinade until just tender. Add to slow cooker.
Add tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, and broth. Add more salt and pepper, if desired.
Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours. Serve over rice. Top with garnishes as desired.
