These Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes are easy to make, and just as garlicky as you want! They are the perfect comfort food.

potatoes
peeled and chopped

1 stick butter

package cream cheese

cloves

whole milk
Instructions
Boil potatoes in water for 10-15 minutes, until soft. Drain potatoes and place in bowl of
electric mixer
.
Add butter and cream cheese to the mixer. Mix on low to combine.
Add salt, pepper, and garlic cloves. Add 10-20 garlic cloves to taste.
Add 1/2 to 1 cup of milk, to desired consistency.
Beat potatoes on low until desired texture is reached.
Place potatoes in a
6-quart slow cooker
, cover, and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
