  • 14- ounce can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 6- ounce bag fresh spinach roughly chopped
  • 2 8- ounce packages cream cheese cubed
  • 2-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • pita chips and assorted sliced veggies for dipping


  • Combine chopped artichokes, spinach, cheeses, garlic, and pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker; mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted and dip is smooth.
  • Reduce heat to warm for serving.
  • Serve with pita chips and sliced veggies for dipping.
