drained and chopped

bag fresh spinach
roughly chopped

packages cream cheese
cubed

shredded Monterey Jack cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

garlic
minced

teaspoon
pepper
pita chips and assorted sliced veggies for dipping
Instructions
Combine chopped artichokes, spinach, cheeses, garlic, and pepper in a
6-quart slow cooker
; mix well.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted and dip is smooth.
Reduce heat to warm for serving.
Serve with pita chips and sliced veggies for dipping.
