Add a flavor punch to a traditional garden salad! This Zesty Marinated Garden Salad is easy to make ahead and use for a quick side on a busy night.

  • Wash and chop all vegetables to approximately the same size.
  • Place vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Pour Italian dressing over vegetables. Using a soft silicone spatula, gently stir to coat vegetables with the dressing.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours (or overnight).
  • Serve as is, or serve over lettuce and topped with croutons.
