  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham diced
  • 1/2 cup cookedturkey diced
  • 1 cup wide egg noodles uncooked
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • Paprika to taste


  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Whisk in flour and heat until bubbly. Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick, smooth, and heated through. Stir in salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Add ham, turkey, uncooked noodles, and celery to sauce. Toss to coat well.
  • Transfer mixture to an ungreased casserole slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
