Slow-Cooker Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 20- ounce can pineapple rings
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • Place onion in a slow cooker; top onion with chicken.
  • Add pineapple with juice to slow cooker; add soy sauce and chicken broth.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until chicken is done (165 degrees in the center).
  • Serve chicken, pineapple, and juices over rice.
