Ingredients

beef for stew

onion
chopped

cup
butternut squash
chopped

sweet corn kernels

quart
tomato juice

green beans

instant brown rice
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cut beef into bite-sized pieces. Add beef, onion, butternut squash, sweet corn, and tomato juice to a slow-cooker. Mix well.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours (or on low for 6-8 hours).
In the last hour of cooking, mix in green beans and brown rice.
