Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups 64 ounces tomato juice (or use 4 cups tomato juice and 4 cups water)
  • 6 cups frozen mixed vegetables peas, carrots, green beans, and corn
  • 1/2 cup star-shaped pasta uncooked

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  • Cover, and heat to a simmer.
  • Turn heat to low. Heat soup until all vegetables are heated through and pasta is cooked, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve immediately.
