Bake the pumpkin seeds at 300 degrees for 30-50 minutes. Toss the seeds once or twice during cooking to test for doneness. Seeds are done when they are golden-brown and crispy.
Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before eating.
The dryer your pumpkin seeds are before you start, the faster they will bake. If possible, dry the pumpkin seeds overnight before starting this recipe.
