How to Make Scrambled Eggs in the Oven

Have you ever felt like a short-order cook in your own kitchen? Use this trick to make scrambled eggs in your oven, and easily feed a crowd in a hurry.

Ingredients

eggs
1/2
cup
milk

Tablespoons
butter
melted
Optional: salt
pepper, chopped parsley, chopped chives
Instructions
Whisk
eggs and milk together in a
large bowl
.
Slowly add melted butter, whisking as you pour the butter in.
Lightly spray a
9x13 pan
with
nonstick cooking spray
.
Pour the egg mixture into the 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Use a
silicone spatula
to gently mix the eggs, scraping the bottom and sides of the pan.
Return eggs to oven, stirring every 5 minutes, for a total of 20-25 minutes.
Watch eggs carefully in the last 5 minutes of cooking; they can go from not-quite-done to overcooked quickly.
Serve immediately.
Top with garnishes, if desired.
