Instant Pot Honey-BBQ Ribs

Want some fall-off-the-bone, perfectly tender ribs, but don't have all day to cook them? These Instant Pot Honey-BBQ Ribs are just the thing for those rushed nights. They come out perfectly every time, and everyone will love them!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slab pork ribs approximately 3-4 pounds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut ribs into single-rib sections. Layer in a 6-quart Instant Pot.
  • In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour sauce over ribs.
  • Cover Instant Pot; be sure the steam release is set to "pressure."
  • Press the "Meat/Stew" button.
  • Then Press "Adjust" to increase the time to 45 minutes.
  • Cook the ribs at high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • When cooking is finished, allow the pressure cooker to slowly release pressure for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, turn the steam release valve to release the rest of the pressure.
  • Carefully remove the lid from the Instant Pot.
  • Remove ribs and serve immediately.
