Instant Pot Honey-BBQ Ribs

slab pork ribs
approximately 3-4 pounds
Cut ribs into single-rib sections. Layer in a
6-quart Instant Pot
, combine the rest of the ingredients. Stir well to combine.
Pour sauce over ribs.
Cover Instant Pot; be sure the steam release is set to "pressure."
Press the "Meat/Stew" button.
Then Press "Adjust" to increase the time to 45 minutes.
Cook the ribs at high pressure for 45 minutes.
When cooking is finished, allow the pressure cooker to slowly release pressure for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the steam release valve to release the rest of the pressure.
Carefully remove the lid from the Instant Pot.
Remove ribs and serve immediately.
