Do you need a side dish for a holiday meal (or anytime!) that the whole family will love? These Classic Oven-Baked Cheesy Potatoes are a family favorite! You might want to make a double batch because you won't have any leftovers!

all-purpose flour

whole milk

dried minced onion

teaspoons
paprika
1/2

pepper
1/2
teaspoon
salt

Velveeta
cubed
Instructions
Wash, peel, and slice potatoes. Place potatoes in a lightly sprayed
9x13 baking pan
.
Prepare the rest of the ingredients before starting the sauce.
In a
medium saucepan
, melt the butter over medium heat.
Whisk
in flour to form a paste.
Whisk in milk until smooth.
Whisk in minced onion, paprika, pepper, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until milk is warm.
Add cubed Velveeta cheese, about 1/3 at a time, stirring frequently until all cheese is melted.
Pour cheese sauce over potatoes, and toss gently to coat.
Cover pan with
aluminum foil
and bake at 350 degrees for 60-80 minutes.
Uncover, and bake for 15 minutes more until potatoes are cooked through and sauce is hot and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
