One-Dish Kielbasa, Asparagus, and Rice

Bring the whole family to the table with this fancy-looking dinner - One-Dish Kielbasa, Asparagus, and Rice. No one will know how easy it was to make, or that there is only one pot to wash after dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Arborio rice short-grain
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 14- ounce package kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus washed and cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add rice and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until rice starts to brown.
  • Reduce heat to low. Add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until all broth is absorbed.
  • Add 1 cup of chicken broth and the sliced kielbasa sausage. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until all broth is absorbed.
  • Add 1 cup of chicken broth and the asparagus. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until all broth is absorbed.
  • Serve immediately.
