Ingredients

salt

Jasmine rice
or
long-grain white rice
1/2
cup
chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Put water and salt into a
saucepan
. Cover, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
When water is boiling, add rice. Cover, reduce heat to low.
Let rice simmer over low heat, stirring once or twice, until all water is absorbed.
Remove rice from heat. Stir in chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately.
Store leftovers in an
air-tight container
in the refrigerator.
