  • Put water and salt into a saucepan. Cover, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • When water is boiling, add rice. Cover, reduce heat to low.
  • Let rice simmer over low heat, stirring once or twice, until all water is absorbed.
  • Remove rice from heat. Stir in chopped cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
