The simple marinade for this Lemon-Garlic Marinated Ribeye Steak only takes a few minutes to make, but packs a ton of flavor punch! You'll love these steaks for a busy weeknight or a lazy weekend meal.
Pour marinade over the steaks. Press as much air out of the bag as possible and seal.
Place the bag with the steaks and marinade in a lipped pan and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, up to overnight.
To cook the steaks:
Remove steaks from marinade. Discard marinade.
Place steaks on a hot grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, turning once, until cooked to desired doneness. (Use this guide to determine how long to cook your steaks.)
Remove cooked steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
