honey

Buffalo-style Tabasco Sauce

Instructions
Place the wings in a
6-quart slow cooker
.
In a
small bowl
, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
Pour the sauce over the wings.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, until the chicken reaches
165 degrees F
.
Turn the slow cooker temperature to high. Remove the wings and place them on a foil-lined
lipped baking sheet
.
Cook the wings under the broiler for 5 minutes.
While the wings are broiling,
whisk
the cornstarch into the remaining liquid in the slow cooker.
Turn the slow cooker off (sauce will thicken a little as it cools).
When you take the wings out of the broiler,
brush
them with the sauce and serve immediately. (Extra sauce can be used for dipping.)
