Ingredients

large cucumber

green onions

sprigs fresh dill
chopped (approximately 1/4 cup) (use
this chart
to use dried dill instead)

light mayonnaise
Instructions
Peel cucumber if desired. Slice cucumber in half lengthwise, then slice the cucumber into bite-size pieces.
Roughly chop the green onion.
Combine all ingredients in a
medium-size bowl
. Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Serve chilled.
