bag frozen broccoli florets
thawed and drained

butter

all-purpose flour

black pepper

salt

milk

ounces
Velveeta cheese
cubed

pieces
bacon
cooked crisp
and crumbled

Roma tomatoes

Instructions
Place thawed, drained broccoli in a
9x13 pan
.
Bake broccoli at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until broccoli is heated through and the edges begin to turn golden-brown.
While the broccoli is cooking, make the cheese sauce.
In a
medium saucepan
, melt butter over low heat.
When butter is melted, add flour and pepper.
Whisk
briskly to form a paste.
Add milk to paste, whisking to combine.
Heat over low heat until milk is warm.
Add cubed cheese, about 1/3 at a time, and stir occasionally until cheese is melted.
When broccoli is cooked, add cheese sauce and bacon to broccoli and stir to mix.
Top broccoli with chopped tomatoes and serve.
