For each packet:
1/2
cup
Quaker quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4
cup
raisins
1/2-1
teaspoon
sugar
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
To make the oatmeal:
1
cup
8 ounces hot water
Instructions
To make the packets:
Combine all ingredients (except water) in a
Ziploc sandwich bag
. Set bags in a
shallow tray
to contain any accidental spills.
Store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
To make oatmeal:
Pour dry ingredients in a bowl.
Heat 1 cup of water (1 minute, 30 seconds in the microwave should do it).
Pour water into oatmeal. Stir, and let sit for 1 minute.
Stir oatmeal again and serve immediately.
