Ingredients
  

  • 1 12- ounce bag frozen sliced carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup please, please use real maple syrup instead of imitation syrup or "pancake" syrup!

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Heat over medium, stirring frequently.
  • Bring liquid to a simmer.
  • Continue simmering, stirring frequently, until the carrots are heated through and almost all of the liquid has evaporated (10-15 minutes)
  • Serve immediately
