Toffee Fruit Dip

Do you have trouble getting your kids to eat their fruit? Try this Toffee Fruit Dip with a handful of sliced apples or pears and everyone will ask for more!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 8- ounce container Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Heath Bits o Brickle
  • Sliced fruit cookies, or crackers for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Stir in Heath Bits o Brickle.
  • Serve immediately, or refrigerate in an air-tight container for 2-3 hours.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
  • Toffee bits will soften and melt in the refrigerator after about 1 day.
