• In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, and vanilla.
• Add the cake mix, stirring until the lumps are gone. (You could also use an electric mixer.)
• Add the melted butter, and mix until combined.
• Grease 2 Nordicware Bundt Bites baking pans. We like to use Baker's Joy baking spray.
• Using a cookie scoop, add 2-3 Tablespoons of cake batter to each bundt bite cup.
• Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

For the icing:

• Place powdered sugar in a small bowl.
• Add the milk, a little bit at a time, stirring with a fork until incorporated.
• Add more powdered sugar or more milk until the icing is the consistency you like.
• Cover and refrigerate until use.
• Drizzle icing over cakes before serving.
