This Slow Cooker Blackberry Cobbler Oatmeal will start your morning on the right foot. It is ready as soon as you wake up, and tastes just like dessert!
Optional: extra blackberries and sugar for garnish
Instructions
In a heat-safe bowl, combine all ingredients. (I use the largest bowl from this set.)
Place the bowl inside a 6-quart Crock-Pot. (It fits perfectly inside this Crock-Pot.)
Pour 4-6 cups of water inside the crock, but outside the bowl with the oatmeal ingredients. You are creating a double-boiler effect inside your slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Gently stir.
Top individual servings with more blackberries and sugar, if desired.
