can refried beans

can enchilada sauce

diced tomatoes with green chilis
drained

taco seasoning
Optional:
4-ounce can diced green chilis
sliced jalapenos, shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a
large skillet
, brown the ground beef and onion.
Transfer beef mixture to a
6-quart slow cooker
.
Add refried beans, enchilada sauce, drained tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the beef mixture. Stir well.
If desired, add additional diced green chilis.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until heated through.
For more spice, stir in sliced jalapenos.
Serve on hamburger buns, topped with shredded Cheddar cheese. Serve with diced green chilis or sliced jalapenos for toppings.
