This Turkey Breakfast Casserole is a great prep-ahead breakfast. Use up some of your leftover turkey, and enjoy a hot breakfast without much work!

Ingredients

cooked turkey
cubed

milk

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Lightly grease a
9x13 inch baking pan
. Spread bread cubes and turkey evenly in bottom of pan.
In a
large bowl
, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over bread and turkey mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
