Turkey Breakfast Casserole

This Turkey Breakfast Casserole is a great prep-ahead breakfast. Use up some of your leftover turkey, and enjoy a hot breakfast without much work!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bread cubed
  • 1 pound cooked turkey cubed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread bread cubes and turkey evenly in bottom of pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over bread and turkey mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
