Whip up a simple marinade, let your steaks soak, and you're on your way to a fast dinner. This recipe for Simple Marinated Ribeye Steak on the grill can't be beat!

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, and garlic.
  • Place steaks in a large Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over steaks. Seal bag, squeezing out as much air as possible.
  • Marinade steaks in refrigerator for 8-12 hours, or overnight. Turn steaks over once, if possible.
  • Take steaks out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling.
  • Preheat grill to high. Grill steaks 2-5 minutes on each side, until desired doneness. (Exact time depends on the thickness of the steaks, and how done you like your steak. Follow these tips for the perfect steak, every time.) Do not turn steaks over until they release easily from the grill (about 2 minutes per side).
  • Rest steaks under loosely tented aluminum foil for 5 minutes before serving.
