Grilled Corn on the Cob

This Grilled Corn on the Cob is so easy! It's the perfect side dish when you're already grilling out - just wrap it up and toss it on the grill!

  • 6 ears corn on the cob
  • 6 teaspoons butter
  • Extra butter for topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley chopped


  • Preheat grill to high.
  • Husk corn and remove silks. Gently wash under running water.
  • Lay one ear of corn on a square of aluminum foil. Place 1 teaspoon of butter on each ear of corn.
  • Tightly wrap corn in aluminum foil.
  • Place corn on the hot grill.
  • Grill corn for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Unwrap corn and top with additional butter, salt, pepper, and parsley (if desired).
