We love our cobblers! We grow a ton of blackberries on our farm, so we make blackberry cobbler all the time. But there is a peach orchard not too far from our house, and I love to get fresh peaches from them when they are in season. And then I make peach cobblers!
Our Quick & Easy Peach Cobbler and our Slow Cooker Spiced Peach Oatmeal are so popular, I thought it would be fun (and delicious!) to combine those two recipes. So now we have Spiced Peach Cobbler! It’s packed with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, and it’s so delicious! The peaches make it perfect for summer, and the warm spices make it perfect for the fall… What can I say, this just might be one of the most perfect desserts!
I made one of these and took it to the fairgrounds during our county fair to share. The folks on the fair board gobbled it up so fast, I couldn’t believe it! I mean, I know those guys can eat, but wow!
Of course, this simple Spiced Peach Cobbler is delicious on its own. But it’s even better when you pair it with fresh Easy Homemade Whipped Cream or some Easy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
