101 Stovetop Suppers Giveaway!

By Marybeth Feutz 16 Comments

I’ve been talking about this cookbook. A lot. Because it’s awesome. Seriously. “101 Stovetop Suppers”? All things that are pretty fast and easy, done on the stovetop, and plenty yummy? Count me in!101 Stovetop Suppers
And to celebrate just how much I’m loving this cookbook, I’m going to give a copy away to one lucky reader!
This cookbook has three main sections:  Quick & Easy, Slowly Simmered, and Serves a Crowd. I’ve got to say, even the Slowly Simmered recipes I’ve tried have been pretty quick and easy!

I started off with this One-Dish Speedy Couscous. Which would have been a little better if I had followed the recipe. (Silly me, branching out! Smile)

The Spicy Sausage & Rice was a huge hit, and will definitely be making a repeat appearance on our dinner table!

Too much zucchini? And then some! Check out this recipe for a quick way to use up some of that garden produce that just won’t quit.

And another fast family favorite, One-Pot Beef Ravioli. This recipe was from the Slowly Simmered chapter. It came together pretty quickly, and really just needed about 15 minutes of simmering before it was ready. Not that bad, and still very feasible for a busy summer evening!

Are you hooked? Not yet? What about when I tell you there are also recipes for Fajitas with Grilled Veggies, Honey Chicken and Carrots, Hearty Sausage Soup, Creamy Pumpkin Soup, Tomato & Chicken Penne, and Coconut Mahi-Mahi? I swear, there’s a little bit of everything in this cookbook!

Now you must be hooked! Okay, it’s so easy to enter this giveaway. Leave me a comment below, and tell me what your go-to summer weeknight meal is.

That’s it!

Oh, do you want a bonus entry? We can manage that! Stop by this post about my meltdown after we started our baby registry, and leave me a helpful mommy comment about what we really need to register for.

I’ll randomly choose one winner from all the comments on both posts. The giveaway ends on Friday August 16 at midnight (Central time). I’ll announce the winner that weekend.

And the winner is…

Beverly Clark! Congratulations! I’ll be sending you an email, so be sure to respond with your mailing address so I can get your book sent out!

Winner must respond via email within 48 hours of notification to claim prize. Mailing address must be within the continental US.

{Gooseberry Patch did provide me with one copy of “101 Stovetop Suppers” to review and one to give away. All thoughts, opinions, and photographs are my own. Affiliate links were used in this post. Gotta support Baby Doc somehow!}

    I’ve been trying to cook a LOT more, but my favorite weeknight summer meal is probably fajitas. We seem to have them a lot.
